When is the festival?
Friday, June 25 from 5 to 9 p.m.
Saturday, June 26 from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Sunday, June 27 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Where is it held?
NIC Fest is held primarily on the grounds of the Nicolaysen Art Museum & Discovery Center, 400 E. Collins; but also makes use of the City of Casper’s Historic Monument Plaza and Walkway (just north of the museum) and Gazebo (west side of Beech Street) as well as three surroundings streets – Beech, Kimball and Collins, which are closed for the event.

Where do/can I park?
While there is some on-street parking in the neighborhoods surrounding the festival grounds, visitors are encouraged to park at the downtown parking garage and then make the short (two block) walk east to the festival grounds.

How do I (or my organization) volunteer to help with NIC Fest?
We can always use more help putting on this event, whether it is set up, manning an activity in the family area or booth sitting for our many artists when they need an occasional break. If you are interested in volunteering for NIC Fest, contact Lori Klatt by email or telephone at (307) 235-5247.

How can I become a NIC Fest sponsor?
Sponsorship opportunities are available at a variety of levels, all with their own unique benefits. For detail, please contact Amanda Helm at (307) 235-5247.

May I bring a cooler?
No, outside food and beverages are not allowed.

Is alcohol served at NIC Fest?
Yes, we will have beer and wine available for purchase on the festival grounds. If you plan to drink, you MUST have and be prepared to show a valid ID.

May I distribute … (information, fliers, questionnaires, etc.)?
No. Only registered NIC Fest vendors may distribute information, product samples or other materials.
