NIC picks Casper native's work for festival Casper (Feb. 11, 2010) - "Five" by Oklahoma City artist Ty Kelly, a Casper native and NIC Fest regular, has been selected as the official artwork for this year's event, according to Lori Klatt, a member of the festival organizing committee. |
