NIC Fest is a community festival held in downtown Casper, Wyoming, attracts local residents but also garners attendees from across the state and region as the festival has grown in popularity - from 8,000 visitors in 2007 to 18,000 in 2009. Sponsors help underwrite the event to keep the festival free to the public and will allow the museum to continue to meet its mission:

The NIC provides a place to educate, stimulate, and promote the understanding of art so that people can meet, view, study, create and enjoy contemporary art of the Rocky Mountain Region.

For their part, sponsors benefit from NIC Fest's marketing efforts that target a diverse audience throughout the state and region through Internet, print, radio and TV promotions.
